The Yuanyang Rice Terraces are situated in the southern Ailao Mountains, dug out by the Hani people. Different from the Longji Rice Terraces, the Yuanyang Rice Terraces do not have so many layers, but they are outstanding for their grandiose area with shallower slopes.

The Temple of Heaven, literally the Altar of Heaven, is a complex of religious buildings situated in the southeastern part of central Beijing. The complex was visited by the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for good harvest. The Classical Gardens of Suzhou are a group of gardens in Suzhou region, Jiangsu province which have been added to the UNESCO World Heritage List. Spanning a period of almost one thousand years, from the Northern Song to the late Qing dynasties (11th-19th century), these gardens, most of them built by scholars, standardized many of the key features of classical Chinese garden design with constructed landscapes mimicking natural scenery of rocks, hills and rivers with strategically located pavilions and pagodas.

Jiuzhaigou Valley is a nature reserve and national park located in northern Sichuan province of southwestern China. 17-hole Bridge - the bridge lies on the Kunming Lake and connects the East Dike and Nanhu Islet. The name of the bridge indicates that there are 17 holes, which spreads for more than 150 meters long. There are over 500 stone lions on the top of the poles with different poses, and four stones animals at both terminals of the bridge. With an inner diameter of 1,98m and a remaining depth of 5,54m, the casing of the well is built with bricks which are laid vertically and horizontally in alternate order in different layers. There are square footholds on the wall by which people can climb down to clean the well regularly.

Huangshan (literally "Yellow Mountain"), is a mountain range in southern Anhui province in eastern China. The range composed of material that was uplifted from an ancient sea during the Mesozoic era, 100 million years ago; the mountains themselves were carved by glaciers during the Quaternary. Vegetation on the range is thickest below 1,100 meters (3,600 ft), with trees continuing until 1,800 meters (5,900 ft).
